All drivers have been uninstalled using device manager and then the system has been rebooted before installing the next driver. Has anyone heard of this issue, and possibly of a solution? The issue is that sometimes when a sound event occurs, may its the ‘exclamation’ sound or I have to try to install the driver of sound, but it’s still not working.

I realize my tag number is private but all the information Dell has on file regarding me at the time of purchase has changed.
