Finally my PC got up to speed! If they were 64 Bit Vista drivers you would likely be in luck since Vista and Windows 7 are very much similar.

Everything installed but windows won’t recognize the file as a driver. It doesn’t work with Windows Media Player, iTunes, or any apps that look for the default Windows sound device. The fact that 32 Bit drivers generally don’t work in a 64 Bit OS.
